He can keep his aka Rick Ross without any further lawsuit problems...
The lawsuit has been dismissed because, "In support of his trademark claims, Plaintiff alleges that his name was well known in the drug trade and by law enforcement segments of the urban crime, rap and black [community] because he did business as Rick Ross, until he was arrested, prosecuted and incarcerated in federal prison.
Due to the fact Freeway Ricky Ross is incarcerated he has no right to sue for the use of his name. Also the name was garnered during his time of conducting illegal activity and has no basis for a valid trademark.
Congrats Rick Ross the BOSS...
The Ricky Rozay thing was ok but keep the original...
