Miley Cyrus and her mom Tish Cyrus stepped out for lunch Paty's Restaurant in Toluca Lake. I hope that she doesn't lead the young starlet down the same road as LILO. You know how some moms like to live vicariously through their children. Plus remember that Miley has a new video to promote for her new album so the more press the more visiblity = relevancy.
