The Grammy award winner will be sent back to jail to serve 11 months stemming from being caught in California with drugs in his vehicle last month. The judge wanted to send him down the river for 2 years, yet the defense wanted him to go rehab for his drug addiction.
At least he will be able to come back to the world in a few moths, he came home last time. He created great music, got married and made "Takers" the movie which was an incredible feat.
